The AUG-Met platform provides suggested amino acid sequences that have an increased probability of catalyzing the organic reaction specified by the client.

How does the AUG-Met platform work?

The platform integrates AUG-Met’s proprietary neural network and unique database of hundreds of thousands of protein sequences sourced from UniProt, one of the world's leading high-quality resources of protein sequence information.

Is the AUG-Met platform scalable?

The platform runs on Google Cloud Services and is designed to be both highly scalable and customizable to match the needs of the client. It is currently in beta stage testing.

How does AUG-Met charge for its services?

AUG-Met will not charge for initial use of its platform in so far as to establish its ability to meet the needs of the client. Subsequently, we will negotiate commercial terms based on value added at the time when the client is ready to use the platform in a production capacity.
